Our Guarantee & Return Policy

We offer a flexible 90-day money-back guarantee if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase. We say 90 days but are willing to help you any way we can if it's over that. Do please contact us first however before you return something. Getting a pillow or case in the mail without some prior notification is a bit maddening.

We will cover return shipping charges if you paid for outbound shipping. If the order originally received free or our discount rate shipping, then return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Of course if there was an error on our side in the beginning, then we will cover both ways.

Shipping Information

As all of our pillows and cases are made to order, shipping is normally 2 - 3 business days; however, should you need yours to ship sooner, please contact us so we can move you to the head of the queue.  If a specific delivery date is required, please email with your request and we will do our best to fulfill it.  Orders will be shipped without the need for a signature and will be left at the door if no one is at home.  Please ship to a business/work address or specify in checkout if a signature is required.  A Little Pillow Company is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
