Exchanges & Returns

You may exchange or return an item within 90 days, with prior notification. Once an item is received, any refund expected will be issued within 1 - 2 business days.

We cover return shipping charges if you paid for outbound shipping. If the order originally received free shipping, then return shipping is your responsibility. Another way of putting it: we will pay one way and you the other. (*Excludes international orders.)

Exchanges are treated as returns/refunds and then a reorder of the new items.
