Give your neck and shoulders a relaxing spa experience with our Organic Therapy Wrap. Heat in the microwave for a targeted muscle-soothing treatment.  *Start with 30 seconds and work up from there to your desired heat level, stopping at each 30 second interval and shaking or flipping to prevent hot spots from forming. Recommended maximum: 2 1/2 minutes.

For headaches and migraines, chill in the freezer and place over your eyes and forehead for gentle relief and comfort.

The natural scent of the whole oat groats will enhance the tranquilizing benefits but feel free to add a drop or two of your favorite fragrance as you settle in for some quiet Me Time.

NOTE: Should your wrap ever get wet, put on a sheet pan in the oven on 200F for 20 – 30 minutes, or until dry.  Shake periodically to move the oats around and facilitate drying.
