Care information

Using any detergent, machine wash on cold. No need to wash on warm or hot. Modern detergents work equally, if not better, on cold. Machine dry on a low or medium setting. For faster results, add a couple of dryer balls to loosen the fill and dry more evenly.

Once out of the dryer, reshape the pillow by vigorously thumping it. Roll or knead to finish the fluffing and reshaping.

All of our products are made-to-order and usually ship within 1-3 business days. Estimated carrier shipping times listed at checkout are in addition to that. If you need your order sooner, please make a note at checkout or email us and we will be glad to move you to the head of the queue.

NOTE: Due to our rural location, actual carrier expedited shipping is not available.

Exchanges & Returns

You may exchange or return an item within 90 days, with prior notification. For self-serve returns within the 90-day period, sign in to your account here.  Once an item is received, any refund expected will be issued within 1 - 2 business days.

Exchanges are treated as returns/refunds and then a reorder of the new items.

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the Customer.  We can provide a return label (cost will be deducted from the refund) as we get discounted rates with the Post Office but any Carrier return is accepted.

"I’ve ordered the toddler pillow & the standard pillow and love them both! Now everyone in the family wants one so we’ll be ordering more! I’ve personally tried a variety of pillows because of neck pain and this is my absolute favorite. It’s soft and squishy and as soon as you lay on it you feel relaxed. It’s pricey so I can’t afford to buy a bunch at one time but it’s definitely a worthy purchase to budget for in my opinion! Plus, it’s made in the US & a family owned business which is an added selling point for us."

Q&A

What are the dimensions of the queen pillow? Most pillows are too high for my neck. I need to know the height of the pillow.
As our pillows are adjustable, there really isn't one number we can give for the height of each. We do slightly overstuff our pillows for those customers who may be taller or bigger and need a firmer pillow. This way they won't have to turn around and buy more fill right off the bat while the rest of us can more easily take out what we need and simply store it for later use, or to add to another pillow. I hope this helps!
